Return & Refund Policy

At Brave Soul and Company, we want you to love your purchase! Because we work with print-on-demand partners, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right.

Eligibility for Replacements & Refunds

You may request a replacement or refund if:
✅ Your item arrives damaged or misprinted.
✅ You received the wrong item.

To process a claim, email bravesoulandco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A description of the problem

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund within 10 business days.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at bravesoulandco@gmail.com.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because orders are custom-made and sent to production quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after checkout. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
